Schools in Broadland could win £20,000 for their ideas on how to reduce plastic waste thanks to the @asda Plastic Investigators competition. Enter here and find some resources on how to inspire the next generation.

Asda are keen to help tackle the huge issue of plastic waste in the UK. Doing the right thing means inspiring the next generation by leaving the planet in the best shape possible. So, Asda have announced a poster competition, where schools can win up to £20,000 for a sustainability project.

With the National Schools Partnership, Asda are inviting all primary school pupils to design a poster that spreads awareness of plastic waste and what can be done to help solve it. Up for grabs is:

·       1st prize – A cheque for £20,000 to the school of the winning pupil to promote sustainable living and a £1,000 Asda Gift Card for the winning pupil.

·       2nd Prize – A cheque for £10,000 to the school of the winning pupil to promote sustainable living and a £500 Asda Gift Card for the winning pupil.

·       3rd Prize – A cheque for £5,000 to the school of the winning pupil to promote sustainable living and a 250 Asda Gift Card for the winning pupil.

Dissolution of Parliament

Parliament has been dissolved until after the General Election on 12th December and there are now no MPs. This website is for reference of my work when I was a Member of Parliament.
